Fina Concepcion was innovator at the PDN

Josephine M. 'Fina' Concepcion, a Pacific Daily News pioneer, passed at the age of 80. She and my dad, Joe Murphy, were the two driving forces of the old Guam Daily News back in the 1960s -- she ran advertising and my dad ran the newsroom under Publisher Joe Flores' leadership.
