The Czech prime minister, Bohuslav Sobotka, has described Russia’s actions in connection with Ukraine as unacceptable. In an interview for the Czech News Agency, Mr. Sobotka said he believed sanctions could be imposed on Russia but added that he was not currently in favour of them.
