NYPD Sergeant Stripped of Badge, Gun After Pushing Kid Into Window

The New York Daily News reports that 48th Precinct's Sgt. Eliezer Pabon, who allegedly slammed a handcuffed 14-year-old into a hookah bar's plate glass window on May 17, was stripped of his badge and gun and has been placed on modified assignment.
