OMH, Vidant partnership in negotiation

Onslow Memorial Hospital has been in the red as a result of the enactment of the Affordable Care Act, 2013’s budget sequestration and North Carolina’s decision against Medicaid expansion, according to previous Daily News reports, but has recently agreed to enter into negotiations with Vidant Eastern Carolina.
