Daily News publisher accepts job with Halifax Media Group

Midland Daily News Publisher Lucy Talley has accepted a position with the Halifax Media Group. Talley, who was with the Daily News and its parent company, the Hearst Corp., for the last two years, will oversee operations for several of Halifax Media Group’s Carolina newspapers and business units.
