No. 7 subway extension could open in February

The Daily News (http://nydn.us/1v4fPn3 ) says the MTA and the general contractor have signed a pact that includes up to $4.75 million in incentive payments if the project is finished by Feb. 24. The extension of No. 7 west from its current terminus at Times Square-42n Street will create a new station at 34th Street and 11th Avenue.
