Galveston man sentenced in assault, robbery case

The Galveston County Daily News reports (http://bit.ly/1vfeWeD ) 49-year-old Henry Tobar of Texas City received 30 years for a robbery charge and 20 years for breaking a restraining order filed by the victim. Tobar has a prior felony conviction of breaking into his ex-wife's home to steal her jewelry.
